Follow the steps below to check the software version on your watch
  • Step 1 - Press MENU
  • Step 2 - Press Front (lower right button) and scroll to Settings in menu 3
  • Step 3 - Press Select (middle right button) and scroll down with Front button to 'About'
  • Step 4 - Press Select, current version should be neo+.03

IMPORTANT: For watch users with software versions .01 or .02, please read the neo+ update guide below to update your watch to software version .03. The current update is for PC users only, Mac update available soon.
