Request a label

Tell us about your order via the Contact Us form. If you meet the policy criteria, we'll email you a prepaid return label free of charge.

Unsure if you qualify? We can look up your order.

Pack it

Place the device in its original packaging with the filled-out return form — that's what keeps return shipping free.

Ship it

Print the label at home, or show the printer-free QR code at a participating FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, or Walgreens. We'll email nearby locations.

Get refunded

We inspect the product, refund your original card, and email you confirmation the moment it's done.

Launch Pro

Returnable within 30 days of shipment with a 20% restocking fee. Simulator package components (net, mat, frame, screen, projector) are not returnable.

Software

All software sales — including FSX — are final and non-refundable.

Shipping fees

Fixed-shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable on returned orders.

How much does return shipping cost?

FREE for all GPS and laser rangefinders, as long as the items are like-new in original packaging and returned within 30 days of original purchase on BushnellGolf.com. If shipping was free to you, return shipping is most likely free — contact us if you're unsure.

What is the return policy for Launch Pro?

Returns for Launch Pro devices (including those in Net and Full Simulator packages) are accepted within 30 days of shipment, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Package components — net, hitting mat, frame, screen, projector, etc. — are not returnable.

Can I return software purchases for Launch Pro / FSX?

All software sales are final and non-refundable.

I bought from a golf shop or retailer — can I return it to you?

Returns for retailer purchases are handled by the retailer — please contact them directly for return options.

When do I get my refund?

Once your return arrives, we inspect the product, process the refund back to your original card, and email you confirmation. Note: fixed-shipping and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
