  4. Unable to resolve issue

    I just needed a replacement battery cap for my rangefinder. I ordered one directly from the Bushnell site. I'm about to cap. They sent me was different than the one that was originally with my range finder. Neither the old cap with the spring or the new cap. Make a solid enough connection with the battery to make the range finder functional. They run refunded mere the original purchase price for the new battery cap kind of a bit said they cannot do anything further for me. And my range finder is now basically useless, after only using it, for about twenty five rounds of golf. It is a Tour V5 rangefinder. After three years of ownership and minimal use, it is now a $400 worthless paperweight.

    It already fell off the rangefinder. Lost the cap and battery and now my range finder does not work. The new cap was on for 3-4 rounds and then boom, it is gone and now my range finder does nothing.
