This is likely solar burn — over time the device can develop small dots from sun exposure. The dots are cosmetic and should not affect performance. If solar burn becomes substantial enough to interfere with the viewing area, contact Bushnell Golf Support for options.
The Tour V6 can be used to measure distance in yards or meters. The unit measure indicators are located in the lower right portion of the LCD. To select between yards and meters, press the button on the side marked Y/M. Press the top portion Y for yards or the bottom portion M for meters. The Tour V6 will return to the last unit of measure setting used each time the unit is turned on.
Power the unit on by pressing the Power/Fire button once, then rotate the eyepiece in either direction until the display icons and numbers are in focus.
No, the Tour V6 is water resistant, but should not be exposed to heavy rain or other direct streams of water and will not withstand submersion in water or other liquids. Damage caused by water is not covered under the two-year limited warranty.
Yes, follow these steps. 1. Blow away any excessive dust or debris on exterior (or use a soft brush).
2. To remove dirt or finger prints, clean with the supplied micro fiber cloth rubbing in a circular motion. Use of a coarse cloth or unnecessary rubbing may scratch the lens surface and eventually cause permanent damage. The included washable microfiber cleaning cloth is ideal for the routine cleaning of your optics. Simply breathe lightly on the lens to provide a slight amount of moisture, then gently rub the lens with the microfiber cloth.
3. For a more thorough cleaning, photographic lens tissue and photographic-type lens cleaning fluid or isopropyl alcohol may be used. Always apply fluid to the cleaning cloth - never directly on the lens.
Replace the battery when the unit won't turn on, the display doesn't illuminate, or the display goes blank when firing the laser. Use a quality CR2 3-volt lithium battery, inserted negative (flat) end first. We recommend replacing the battery at least every six months.

The Bushnell Tour V6 offers precise and consistent performance, enhanced by its improved PinSeeker with Visual JOLT for reliable target locking. Its weather-resistant design and integrated BITE magnetic mount ensure durability and ease of use. The device provides instant and accurate readings, backed by Bushnell's reputation for excellence in golf technology.
The Tour V6 is a good product which is reliable the distance vibration and visual acknowledgment upon locking in on the target is nice. The only regret is it doesn’t have a stabilizing capabilities so it is sometimes difficult to lock on the exact target.
I received this range finder 3 days ago. I went out and played yesterday. I noticed on the first hole that the range finder was 25 yards inaccurate. I was at the 150 yard marker on hole and decided to use the range finder to see how well it worked. I shot the pin with the tour V6 range finder and it came back saying 125m. I thought that’s not right. I looked at the gps on the 18 birdies app and it said 150 yards. Then I had my buddy use his red tiger range finder and he got a reading of 150. I asked my friend to use my tour v6 and see what he gets and he also got 125. The second hole I got a reading with the range finder of 93 yards when I was actually a 118 yards away. At that point I put the range finder away and didn’t use it again. I’m very disappointed and I’m returning this product immediately and expecting a full refund.
I lost this range finder twice, with the last time resulting in a loss. I bought an AirTag holder and glued onto the V6. Add an option to have an AirTag imbedded into the unit.
The Tour V 6 is very good. For me it is a little difficult to hold it steady on the target. Looking back, the watch would have been a better choice.
Bought to replace one that didn't work after the winter. Bushnell customer support was great in helping us try to recover the old one and in guiding us to a replacement.
Quick delivery, easy to use. Very happy with the purchase.
The Tour V6 works well. Have only used it a few rounds but found it is very accurate.
Love it new clubs learning distance control is easy

Awful decision to purchase from Bushnell. I ordered this item back in October or November for a Christmas gift and I just received it in the mail in February. My order status never updated so I didn't know if I was ever going to get my item. I attempted multiple times to reach someone from customer service to cancel my order in December but could never get through to anyone helpful by phone. I got a tech support that said he couldn't help me and transfered me to someone who "could". No one picked up. I left a voicemail and never heard back. Worst experience.
