I lost my remote and order a replacement. Meantime, my original got turned at the golf course. I’ve been trying to get a return authorization but no one responds to my emails. Please, just give me an answer. Yes I can return or no. Why no response. Bushnell policy makes it so difficult to communicate with them.
Horrible, i wish i can send a no star. Once i placed the order, i realized i messed up the apartment number ( my fault). It was within seconds i realized after i pressed purchased that the number was wrong. I emailed the merch and bush about the change of apartment number and still havent gotten a response. They sent it to the same address without reading my emails and send me a bot email to contact another link. So i did and still nothing.

Seriously Bushnell? Every time I return to your site to try and place an order for a REPLACEMENT REMOTE FOR WINGMAN VIEW GPS SPEAKER, it is out of stock. It has been like this for weeks. Lame, lame, lame.
If youre simply looking for a Bluetooth speaker, this item works great and the magnet secures to the cart amazingly. If you want to use the included remote, beware. I'm convinced they purposely designed the remote to be lost and force replacement. I've lost 2 of these already and now the remote is out of stock (I guess this means lots of people lose theirs). There is no way to clip it to you or secure it in anyway. Have to carry it in your pocket and inevitably it's going to drop somewhere and good luck finding this needle in a golf course haystack!
I have enough to worry about in my game then trying to get this to work. The speaker is great but the voice guidance never worked with my unit even after replacing this. Love my other Bushnell products just not this one!
It would never stay linked to my app and caused the speaker to never pair. I went through all the technical steps repeatedly and paired everything through the app but never was able to get both items to pair together successfully. I wound up just not pairing the remote and just paired the speaker part directly to the app without the remote.
I got a new battery that I had to buy myself. It still didn't work, so I'm waitingfor my replacement wingman to come in.
Recently replaced my remote on my Wingman View and am once again enjoying the convenience of audible yardages at the touch of a button
