    Advertised to work in the same way as the Wingman 1 remote, just won't clip onto the WIngman 1. Can't get it to connect to the Wingman at all. Connects to my phone. The App sees it, but tech support has been unreachable when I've tried to call. Just sit on hold forever.

    I could not pair new remote with wingman. I have current app, can play Bluetooth music, have upgraded graphics on phone; remote controls nothing. I have seen numerous, similar comments and reviews regarding connectability on review sites on the internet. I am sure you recognize that the remote has issues that need to be addressed, thus, this message. Plus, it doesn’t fit! Should I buy a new model of Bushnell when an older model cannot be repaired properly? I trust the Bushnell brand, but am disappointed in this particular instance. Thanks for allowing my feedback!

  7. No pairing

    Bought this for use with my original wingman. I can’t pair the wingman as you have to pair the remote first but, it won’t recognize the wingman 2 remote. I can pair the remote by selecting wingman 2 but, it then can’t find the speaker.
