To update a single course file... Connect your Phantom 3 Slope to the Bushnell Golf Mobile App via Bluetooth. Select the Phantom 3 Slope from your device list, then select “Course Update,” and follow the on-screen instructions in the app to search for your course and update your device.
To update multiple courses at once... Please visit the Bushnell Golf Update Manager in a Google Chrome web browser, sign-up or login with your Bushnell Golf Mobile app username/password, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Yardages work fine. I am still learning how to use all of the features. One feature that baffles me is hazard screen. Doesn't make sense to me yet. I cannot find a good source to help me out with this. You can't simulate this at home while you have a computer handy.
Gives me Front/Middle/Back sized so I can read easily, even in bright sunlight. No subscription necessary. Magnet is very strong, stays on golf cart with no problems.
I have owed a Phantom for 10 years and was completely pleased with the product. I finally lost it and purchased a new one. The unit was easy to set up and I have played 20+ rounds with the new unit. I was speaking with my Pro to see if the new units were as accurate because when I play a round the yardages always seem to be less on the new unit that other players or yardage markers. MY PRO SAID TO TRY A NEW phantom unit that he had. I did and found the accuracy on all yardages were off by 20-25 yards. I had both units side by side on two different courses and the one from the proshop was totally accurate and the one I purchased was not. I would say my experience was shock because the unit i received was defective. I went a bought the one from the proshop so I have a defective unit that needs to refunded or replaced
I've had my phantom 3 now for about 3 years. Easy to get what I need and very accurate. However all I use is distances (front-back-center). Don't need the rest. I did drop it in the garage and cracked the clear cover. It still works just fine but I can't find anything where it says the clear cover can be replaced. I still use and like it and expect to replace the battery some day.
My device is very reliable at giving me accurate distances and the battery life is very good.
Unable to contact someone who could help with an incorrect address. The device was sent to my previous address and I wasn’t able to change it. I hope the new owner enjoys my device.
I have one of the first hybrid models you sold. It’s great…. . only problem is I live in The Villages Florida. We opened 3 new championship courses in the last few years. I can’t get the front, middle and back numbers, because it doesn’t find the courses. And don’t talk to me about hooking up to the PC, tried that more times than I can count. I guess this is a way to get sales for new models.
Used it for the first time today. Very accurate distances. I used it with the slope on and checked the distance accurancy vs a range finder with slope. Lots of features. Too many to tackle in the first round but they will be useful as I grow comfortable using them. The one BIG negative is the clip holder. The device does not stay in the holder and easily falls out so I can't use it clipped to my bag. Not a problem if you're in a cart since the magnetic holds well to the cart post. But if you're walking, you have to carry the Phantom in your pocket which is not convenient. There are many complaints about this issue on line and I hope Bushnell addresses this and issues free redesigned replacements.
i have been attempting to return this for over 2 weeks - i have been very disappointed in customer service.
It works better than a laser because it has the correct yardage even when you can't see the green
