Bushnell Launch Pro & LPi Support

Getting Started

Charge it, power it on, connect it — then let the cameras do the work.

Launch Pro setup

You can use your Launch Pro right out of the box, but we recommend plugging it in and allowing the battery to fully charge before use.

To power on, press and release the power button — you'll see a flashing blue indicator light. Press and release again to power off.

To get started, scan the QR code on your device to access the Foresight Sports app and follow the onboarding process to register your device.

Internet connection

The first time you power up, you'll be prompted to connect to the internet — via WiFi, Bluetooth through the Foresight app, Ethernet, or USB-C to your computer.

To keep all functions active, the Launch Pro requires online validation at least once every 45 days. You'll see a warning when you have 5 days left; past 45 days it stops connecting to apps and software (but keeps working as a stand-alone device) until you reconnect.

FAQs

Troubleshooting and care, answered. Still stuck? The contact options below reach a real Bushnell Golf expert.

Issues picking up club data with the marker stickers
The three cameras need a clear view of the club markers (“fiducials”). “1-Dot Mode” capture suggests miscaptures, commonly from: light glints off shiny/chrome club faces reflecting back into the cameras; sticker placement obscured by a dramatically open or closed face; or the monitor sitting too low — raise it 1–1.5 inches above the ball. Indoors, try dimming lights; outdoors, test in shaded lighting.
Missing shots or inconsistent ball lock
Place the device on the same level hitting surface as the ball, with nothing blocking the cameras' view. Placement below the hitting surface causes ball-lock and accuracy issues. Slightly elevated placement can work only if the cameras can still fully see the ball.
Does the golf ball type matter?
We recommend premium golf balls — they lock more reliably in the cameras and produce more accurate data.
What subscription do I need for simulation?
Plans differ by the software you want to run. Gold and Silver subscriptions now include Club Data at no extra cost; Gold is required for third-party software access (the software itself is a separate purchase). To use your subscription software, sign in at live.foresightsports.com. For account or subscription questions, contact Foresight Sports support.
Will FSX software run on my PC?
Minimum: Windows 7+ 64-bit, Intel i5/i7 (AMD processors not recommended), 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti or greater (AMD GPUs not supported; GTX 1060/1660/1070 or RTX 2060+ recommended). The simulation software is not Mac-compatible — the Foresight App runs on iPhone, but FSX Silver/Gold software requires a gaming-optimized PC.
How will my Net or Full Simulator Package ship?
Two shipments: the Launch Pro ships FedEx with emailed tracking (signature required); the package components ship by private trucking company — they'll call within 4–7 days to schedule delivery, with total time usually 2–3 weeks. The pallet-sized package is placed outside your home, so recruit a helper to move it inside. Package shipping fees are non-refundable, and cancellations after 24 hours incur a $250 fee.
What is the return policy?
The Launch Pro device may be returned within 30 days of shipment, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Components in the Full Simulator or Net Packages (projector, screen, frame, hitting mat, net return, etc.) are not returnable. All software sales are final.
